The team I work with has some great management and they really take care of me and make sure that I am enjoying it. The job of cashier (the main cage and in the booths) is not that difficult to grasp, it is all repetition and getting used to handling money and getting exact counts for players. In my case, I am not much of a social butterfly. It is heavily social and if you want to get ahead with peers then you have to be a social butterfly. If you are not much of a people person then this place is not for you. But, it is not enough for me to enjoy coming to work, I actually dread it now.
